Looking back on our wedding day

As our bridal couples know, wedding DJ Don Rodolfo and I (wedding singer Jasmin Joana) are not only a well-coordinated team at weddings. On August 23, 2014, we tied the knot at the Trinity Church in Bern! Looking back after a year (and with all the weddings I've seen as a wedding singer), what would I do the same or differently?

Looking back on our wedding day

Here is my absolute “DO” No. 1: Whether it's our own wedding or weddings we've provided musical accompaniment for, a wedding theme gives the wedding a “clear identity.” It helps simplify the choice of colors, decorations, flowers, dresses, location, type of ceremony, and everything else that goes with it during the wedding preparations, thus creating a harmonious overall picture. (Because believe me, today's abundance of choices and impressions does not make decision-making any easier...) In addition, a wedding theme reinforces the desired mood on the wedding day.

Edi Maurer (Aspherik) from Lausanne captured the emotional moments for eternity for us. With his style and extremely discreet manner, he captured the uniqueness and authenticity of the moments so that we can look at the pictures today and relive the true emotion. A big thank you!
